POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
*We recommend that you arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to relax and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will deprive your precious minutes of your spa treatment so our next client isn’t delayed.
*Urban Bliss Day Spa is a place of tranquility. Please refrain from loud conversation or noise. Please Turn OFF cell phones and pagers. Please no children in the spa unless they are receiving services.
* Treatment times are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel, Urban Bliss Day Spa has a 4 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel will result in a 50% charge of your total services
* All late guest will be charged for the full treatment time, if their scheduled appointment if they have late arrival.
*We require a credit card to reserve two are more persons, for the treatments of two or more hours, as well as for all appointments on all major holidays.
*Gift Cards are the same as cash and can be used for any spa service or product provided at Urban Day Spa. If lost or stolen our gift certificates are non-refundable and non-replaceable. Gift Card are only available in dollar amounts.
* Gratuities in appreciation to the staff for outstanding service may be given at your discretion.
